Monday Smiles

RAINY DAYS

Today, nothing inside of me wanted to get out of bed. It is raining and thundering and I want nothing more than to be under my blankets, reading a good book. Instead, I am about to head to work. But before I do, I thought I'd give you somethings to smile about, on the off chance your morning was like mine and you are sad that you are awake right now. 

Today's Monday Smiles is inspired by Cup of Jo and is going to be about... traveling! Since it's rainy, I am pretending like I am in London and am dressing accordingly. I am wearing a black sweater dress, brown tights, my trenchcoat (which is one of my favorite clothing pieces) and some lovely black and brown oxfords. I am also carrying a fabulous brown umbrella decorated with books from j.crew- which was a present from a dear friend who knows me well. 

Right now, if I could transport myself anywhere, I'd head to... Italy. I'd sit in a little cafe and enjoy a pastry and cafe au lait.

During the winter months, I often find myself daydreaming about travel. I would love to backpack Europe and Jon would love to explore New Zealand. Where would you go if you could transport yourself anywhere?
